The Fulford Flyer is a local events and news publication for Fulford and Fishergate in York.

They are holding a 1000 word writing competition open to Under 12s, 12-17s and Adults.

The competition theme is: The River

The prize in £10 and publication for the winners of each section, i.e.  Under 12s, 12-17s and Adults.

Entries must be in by March 2nd 2011
